Neill Lovell was born in the Free State and grew up in KZN. He is fun loving, an avid sportsman and a DIY and garden enthusiast. He started working for Stanley Tools 19 years ago looking after the KZN area. “Three years ago Stanley purchased Black & Decker and now I proudly represent both brands under its one powerful brand name, Stanley Black & Decker. It is such a pleasure learning new things and a greater pleasure sharing what I know,” says Neill.

John Young first got into DIY and woodworking in 1976. At the time he was working in the insurance industry and bought his first tool a DEWALT radial arm saw for R3950 from Hardware Centre in Johannesburg CBD, it was a seminal moment in his life. For many years Young spent his days working with wood and demonstrating on weekends. In 2005 he started his own woodworking courses in the evenings for individuals and these are still ongoing.
